Souvenir Shindig offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.
Processing and Shipping Time
Orders will be processed and shipped within 21 days of the order date.
Custom or personalized orders may require customer approval before production begins. Delays in submitting customization details, approving proofs, or completing payment may extend the shipping timeline.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery Times
Delivery times begin after the order has shipped and vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Souvenir Shindig is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or returned package.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
Please contact us promptly if your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit.
